we wish to inform you that the Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 "Code regarding the protection of personal data" and the EU Regulation no. 2016/679 "European general regulation on the protection of personal data" (hereinafter GDPR), provide for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data. Pursuant to art. 13 GDPR we inform you that Alcea Srl, owner of this site, processes the personal data of customers, suppliers and subjects who voluntarily communicate their personal data, according to the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of your privacy and your rights.

In relation to the processing of personal data set out above, the interested party has the right, pursuant to art. 15 of the GDPR, of:


1. obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning you, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form;

3. get:

a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;

b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data which need not be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;

c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment is proves impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;


4. object, in whole or in part:

a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him / her, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;

b) to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication, through the use of automated call systems without the intervention of an operator by email and / or through traditional marketing methods by telephone and / or paper mail. Alcea Srl will not be responsible for the processing of personal data carried out by the subjects to whom the data were communicated. Alcea Srl informs that any data different from that required in order to carry out its business or that does not fall into the category of "personal data", even if spontaneously communicated by the interested party, will not be processed and will be immediately deleted without notification. .



The processing will last no longer than necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected, in compliance with the principles of minimization and limitation of conservation pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 1, letters c), e), GDPR.





The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
